Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held the
22nd day of June , 19 81. The following members were
present: Actin Mayor Neils Councilmembers Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport, Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-394
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
1981 STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing the following:
1. Increase radius at Forestview Lane with Honeywell
driveway.
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 2 for 1981 Street Improvement Project is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for 1981 Street Improvement Project, by adding
$3,090.75 is approved and that the existing contract price of $498,099.00 is
revised to $501,189.75.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ereo : Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Schneider
and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
