HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-390CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he on the 22nd day of _ June 19 81 . The following members were present:Mayor Neils- Councilmembers Hoyt. Schneider & Threinen. The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-390 ADOPTING A 14 -VOTING -PRECINCT PLAN WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has experienced and continues to experience rapid growth which requires the establishment of new voting precincts, and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed various alternatives regarding the establishment of new voting precints; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that this Council plan for the City of Plymouth, a copy Exhibit A,effective January 1, 1982. BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF hereby adopts a 14-voting-prAcinct of which is hereby attached as The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thereof: Acting Mayor Neils. Councilmembers Hoyt. Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
