Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the

The following
Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 387
RESOLUTION APPROVING A REVISED JOINT AND COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
DATED (1981) BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND THE
NORTHWEST SUBURBS CABLE COMMUNICATION COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth did enter enter into a formal joint and cooperative
agreement dated 1980, with nine northwest area municipalities to form a cable
communications commission; and
WHEREAS, the Commission is recommending that changes be made to the 1980 agreement
which will enhance its effectiveness; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has approved and endorses the revised agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does authorize the Mayor and City Manager to
execute a revised joint and cooperative agreement dated (1981).
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
