Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
15th day of June , 19 8i . The following members
were present: Artjnq Mayor Hot Councilmembers ScWneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport, Councilmember Nei is
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-384
APPROVAL OF GASOLINE SERVICE STATION LICENSE RENEWAL
WHEREAS, application for renewal of Gasoline Service Station License has
been received from Downtown Minute Car Wash, Inc., dba North Central
Petroleum, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 13, City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application for renewal of Gasoline Service
Station License be approved for Downtown Minute Car Wash, Inc., dba
North Central Petroleum located at 11021 Highway 55 for the period
June 15, 1981 through December 31, 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
-following voted in favor thereo Acting Mayor Hoyt, Councilmembers Schneider
and Threinen
The following voted against or a stained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
