The following members Councilmembers Schneider and Threinen t: Mayor Davenport, Counci mem er Pi s r Schneider introduced the following Resolution and move its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-383 A RESOLUTION APPROVING, AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND PILGRIM UNITED METHODIST CHURCH WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth wishes to exchange property with Pilgrim United Methodist Church for the improvement of the Zachary Lane Playfield, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has previously approved a land division and consolidation For such purposes, and WHEREAS, Pilgrim United Methodist Church has formally approved the conditions as set forth in the agreement dated June 15, 1981, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it hereby does approve the agreement dated June 15, 1981 by and between the City of Plymouth and Pilgrim United Methodist Church and further, that the City Manager and Mayor are authorized to sign the appropriate deeds so that they may be properly filed with Hennepin County. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hoyt, Councilmembers Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: non Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
