Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a -regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
15th day of June , 1981 The following members were

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-382
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR KUSTOM DIE COMPANY
(A-576)
WHEREAS, the site plan submitted by Kustom Die Company located at 3435 Kilmer
Lane was approved under City Council Resolution No. 80-64; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site performance guarantee in the
form of a bond in the amount of $30,500; and,
WHEREAS, upon the request of the developer for site inspection and release or
reduction of the financial guarantee, City Staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the site
performance guarantee, bond number 22-52742-08 in the amount of $30,500 which
was submitted to guarantee site improvements installed by Kustom Die Company at
3435 Kilmer Lane to $10,500.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followinvotpd in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hoyt, Councilmembers Schneider
and V reinen
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
