Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on the

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 379
ADVANCE OF M.S.A. FUNDS
PROJECT 155-156-09
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has obtained the Commissioner's approval of the
plans for the following Municipal State -Aid Street Project:
S.A.P. No. 155-156-09 M.S.A.S. No. 155-156-08/09
Located on Vicksburg Lane from Highway 55 to County Road 6
Consisting of grading, aggregate base, bituminous paving and storm sewer
AND, WHEREAS, said City is prepared to proceed with the construction of said project
by providing local funds to supplment the available funds in its Municipal State -
Aid Street Account.
WHEREAS, repayment of the funds so advanced by the municipality is desired in
accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 162.14, Subdivision 6.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Commissioner of Highways be and is hereby
requested to approve this basis for financing said construction project and to
authorize repayments from the subsequent accruals to the Construction Account of
Municipal State -Aid Street Fund for said City, within the limitations provided by
law and at the times and in the amounts as herein indicated (not to exceed five
years).

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
