Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was held on the
15th day of June —1981 . The following members were

Cpjocilmp r Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 378
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR SANDRA O'HARA FOR THE
OPERATION OF A DIET CLINIC AT 3131 FERNBROOK LANE, FOX I, SUITE 210 (79050)
WHEREAS, Sandra O'Hara has requested renewal of a conditional use permit
to allow the operation of a diet clinic at 3131 Fernbrook Lane, Fox I,
Suite 210; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY-
MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of
Sandra O'Hara for the operation of a diet clinic at 3131 Fernbrook Lane,
Fox I, Suite 210 subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is issued to the applicant as operator and is
non -transferable.
2. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, ordinances
and regulations, and violation thereof shall be grounds
for revocation.
3. All parking related to the use shall be on-site in designated
parking spaces.
4. Any expansion of the proposed use in terms of physical
facilities used shall be approved by the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Wunrilmember Threinen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: _ --Acting Mayor Hoyt, Councilmembers
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
