Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he -T9 on the

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a opt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-377
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND RELATED TO LOT DIVISION FOR
JESS PROBASCO (81022)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Jess Probasco,
Resolution No. 81-376 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to filing and related to said lot division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with City Council Policy Resolution No. 79-80
regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures on
sites adjacent to or containing open storm water drainage
facilities.
4. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of land dedication
for one lot prior to filing of the division with Hennepin
County in accordance with City Park Dedication Policy in
effect at the time of filing.
5. No more than one building permit to be issued until the
lot division is filed with Hennepin County.
6. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to
filing lot division with Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followIng voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hoyt, Councilmembers Schneider
and Threinen _
