HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-375CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was e c on the 15th day of June , 1981 . The following memhers were present: Acting Mayor Hoyt, Councilmembers Schneider and Threinen The follor�ing members were absent: Mayor Davenport, Councilmember Neils Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81- 375 SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR MABEL THULANDER-CHIARI (81026) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot consolidation/division for Mabel Thulander-Chiari Resolution No. 81- ; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior to filing of and related to said lot consolidation/ division: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. The front lot width and lot size variance be granted due to the petitioner providing the opportunity to delete one substandard lot and increase the size of two others. 3. Compliance with City Council Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding the miniinum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to or containing open storm water drainage facilities. 4. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of land dedication for one lot prior to filing of lot division in accordance with City Park Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filing. 5. No building permit to be issued until this division is filed with Hennepin County. 6. Submittal of all necessary ucility easements prior to filing lot division with Hennepin County. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted to favor thereof: Acting Mayor Hoyt, Councilmember Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and a opte
