Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minn±sots washe-TF—on the
15th day of June 19_.,U. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt.

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 366
ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING
PLYMOUTH CREEKVIEW ADDITION
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 81-328 of the City Council, adopted the 18th day of May,
1981, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to street lighting improve-
ments in Plymouth Creekview Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of ornamental residential
street lights in Plymouth Creekview Addition; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 15th day of
June, 1981, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted May 18, 1981.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improve-
ment. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by Northern States
Power Company.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
