Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
15th day of June , 1981 The following members
were present:_ Acting Mayor Hoyt, Councilmembers Schneider & Threin n
The following members were absent: MAVo r Davenport & Councilmemhpr Neils
Cotincilmember Threinen _ introduced the following Resolution and
moped its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-365
APPROVING SUNDAY SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR. LICENSE
FOR THE PLYMOUTH HOLIDAY INN
WHEREAS, an application, for Sunday Sale of Intoxicating Liquor License
has been received by the City from Winslow R. Chamberlain of W.R. In-
vestment Company, dba Plymouth Holiday Inn, in accordance with Chapter
XII, Section 1200 of the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that this Council does hereby approve the issuance
of a Sunday Sale of Intoxicating Liquor License to Winslow R. Chamberlain
of W.R.C. Investment Company, dba Plymouth Holiday Inn effective July 1,
1981 to expire January 31, 1982.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Council tuber Schnpjdpr and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
