HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-364CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reg lar meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of June , 19 81 . The following members were present: Acting Mayor Hoyt, Councilmembers Schneider & Threinen The following members were absent: Mavor Davenport a Councilmember Neils Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolutic , and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-364 APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR W.R.C. INVESTMENT COMPANY, DBA PLYMOUTH HOLIDAY INN WHEREAS, Mr. Winslow R. Chamberlain of W.R.C. Investment Companv dba Plymouth Holiday Inn has requested the issuance of an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License; and WHEREAS, Mr. Chamberlain has met the requirements of the Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1200, concerning the issuance of said On -Sale Liquor License; and WHEREAS, in accordance with the City Code, a public hearing was property noticed and held on June 15, 1981 concerning issuance of an On -Sale License to Plymouth Holiday Inn located at 3000 Harbor Lane; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that this Council does hereby approve the issuance of an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to Mr. Winslow R. Chamberlain of W. R. C. Investment Company for the purpose of selling intoxicating liquor at retail for consumption on the premises of Plymouth Holiday Inn located at 3000 Harbor Lane, effective July 1, 1981, to expire January 31, 1982, subject to the the appropriate laws of the United States, the State of Minnesota, and the rules and regulations of the Liquor Control Commissioner of the State of Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by CoUncilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted In favor there6F Acting Mayor Hoyt, Councilmembers Schneider The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
