Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
1st day of June , 19 81 The following members
were present:---mActing Mayor Neils, Councilmeers ffoyt, Schneider and"Threinen
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
_ C�uncilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 363
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE 1980 PARK AND
RECREATION COMMISSION ANNUAL REPORT
WHEREAS, ;.he Plymouth Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has approved
and adopted its annual report for 1980, and
WHEREAS, this report has been reviewed by the Plymouth City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREoY DC SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that they hereby accept the 1980 Park and
Recreation Advisory Commission Annual Report, and further commend
the Commission for their work during the past year.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Neils, Counr:ilmembers Hoyt,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adapted.
