HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-361ACITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_ regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of June , 19 81 . The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt;Weils, Schneider and Threinen The following members were absent: None Cqupcilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-361 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING FENCING FOR PLYMOUTH PLAYFIELD WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council has reviewed a citizen request for fencing of Plymouth Playfield, and WHEREAS, the Council finds this request for fencing to be in the City's best interest, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it is hereby approved to install approximately 752 feet of fence at a cost of $6.00 per lineal foot, and further, that Custom Die and School District 281 are to contribute $824.00 each for said fence, and that the City Manager shall be authorized to charge the City's cost of $2,864 to the Community Playfield Project Account No. 017. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Niels, Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed nope
