Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
1st day of June , 19 81. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hot Neils, Schneider and Threinen.
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 361
DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS - PROJECT NO. 829
WHEREAS, the following described parcels shall be deferred as per Resolution No.
81- 360 dated June 1, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the following parcels shall be deferred until the area east of
proposed Revere Lane becomes buildable:
Sec. Twp. Range QQ Suffix Assessments
24 118 22 31 0006 $ 7,152.50
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CoWncilmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
ShApeiger and Threitien
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
