Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
1st day of June 1981 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, o yam, NPil-, SrhnPidpr and Throinen•
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 359
AUTHORIZATION TO CORRECT DEFICIENCIES
PROJECTS 801, 802, 908 AND 017, SCHEDULE E
WHEREAS, Projects 801,302 and 908, which are under contract to Jerome Begin
Contracting and Project 017, Schedule E, which is under contract to Aqua Engineering
Company, have not been completed by said contractors; and
WHEREAS, all projects are beyond the specified completion date for the project; and
WHEREAS, the contractors are not actively pursuing the completion of said contracts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City Engineer is hereby directed and authorized to proceed under
the provisions of the contract documents which gives the OWNER (City) the right to
correct deficiencies.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and Adopted.
