RESOLUTION NO. 81- 356
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
1981 STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing the following:
1. Addition of a turn lane along the south side of County Road
9 at Annapolis Lane.
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 1 for 1981 Street Improvement Project is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for 1981 Street Improvement Project, by adding
$19.025.75 is approved and that the original contract price of $479.073.25 is
revised to $498.099.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
TOIJOwing voted in favor reo : Acting Mavor Neils, Councilmembers Hoyt.
