Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was helU on the

CoNncilmenber Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-355
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 017
CO1u1UNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS
STREETS CONTRACT - SCHEDULE C
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing the following:
1. Dbduct for fine grading corrective work.
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 2 for Project 017 Street Contract, Schedule C,
is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for Project 017, Street Contract, Schedule C, by
deducting $454.00 is approved and that the existing contract price of $147,505.01
is revised to $147,051.nl.
The action for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
