Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
Ist day of June , 19__U. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Neils, Counciim_embers Ho_yt, Schneider and Threinen
The following mem ers were absent: Mayor Davenport_
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-352
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS
SEEDING/SOD CONTRACT - SCHEDULE G
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing the following:
1. Miscellaneous grading at Plymouth site.
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 2 for Project 017 Seeding/Sod Contract G
is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 3 for Project 017, Seeding/Sod Contract G by
adding $716.00 is approved and that the existing contract price of $154,681.50
is revised to $155,697.50.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ereo : Acting Mayor Neils. Councilmemhers Hoyt,
Schneider ei

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
