Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota wassieT3 —on the
1st day of June , 1981 . The following members were

introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0, 81- 350
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDING FOR
PEACE LUTHERAN CHURCH 3695 STATE HIGHWAY 101 (A-833)
WHEREAS, Peace Lutheran Church has requested approval of a Conditional
Use Permit for a 10' x 16' detached accessory building on the west side
of the parking lot; and,
WHEREAS the Planning Commission reviewed the request at a duly called public
hearing and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY-
MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of
Peace Lutheran Church for a Conditional Use Permit for a detached accessory
building in accordance with submitted plans subject to the following conditions:
1. There shall be no storage outside of the accessory building.
2. The permit is issued to the Peace Lutheran Church as operator
of the facility and shall not be transferable.
3. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations
and ordinances and violation thereof shall be grounds for
revocation.
4. The permit shall be renewed in one (1) year to assure compliance
with the conditions.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CpuncilmeWbgr Heider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: _ cting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
