Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was herdon the
1st day of June , 19 81. The following members were
present: �yor QAvenpgrt, Councime ers Hoyt=, -Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following membber_s were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 347
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR `ZACHARY HILLS 2ND
ADDITION" FOR MARV ANDERSON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (79045)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract
for "Zachary Hills znd Addition" as requested by Mary Anderson Construction
Company.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior
to recording of said plat:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum
2. Street Naming and numbering to be in conformance with City policy as veri-
fied by the Building Official
3. Compliance with applicable provisions f•.,.r final PPUD plats in Section
9 of the Zoning Ordinance including final review and approval of
Homeowner Association documents by the City Attorney.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�ouncilmtmber Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils, Schneider and Threineff-

Whereupon the Resolution was eeclared duly passed and adopted.
