Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on he
1st day of June , 19 81 . The following members were
present Mayor Davenport, ounce mem ers Hoyt, FWeils, Schneider and Threinen .
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 342
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "OAKWOOD SHORES 2ND ADDITION"
FOR LOWRY HILLS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (79034)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract
for "Oakwood Shores 2nd Addition" as requested by Lowry Hills Construction.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior
to recording of said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum for this project.
2. Payment of Park Dedication Fees in accordance with current City policy
in effect at the time of filing the final plat for 16 single family
dwelling lots.
3. No building permits to be issued until final plat is filed with Hennepin
County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereo : Mavor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils_ Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: None
Thereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
