Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was held on the
1st day of June , 1981 The following members were
present:!Ayor Davenport, Counci mem ers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinerl
The following members were absent: none ,
rnupqi1ur4er Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 340
APPROVING AMENDMENT TO LAND USE GUIDE PLAN FOR PROPERTY IN THE NORTHWEST
QUADRANT OF COUNTY ROADS 10 AND 18 (81017)
WHEREAS, Tennant Company has requested approval of an amendment to the Land
Use Guide Planfor property in the northwest quadrant of County Roads 10
and 18 from LA -2 (Low Medium Density Residential) to IT (Planned Industrial)
and CL (Limited Business); and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reivewed the request at a duly called
public hearing in terms of the adopted Land Use Guide Plan guidelines and
criteria for the proposed district and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve an amendment to
the Land Use Guide Plan to reclassify approximately 123 acres from LA -2 to
IP and approximately 76 acres from LA -2 to CL (to be combined with the existing
CL area in the southwest corner) all in the northwest corner of County Roads 10
and 18 per Figure 3 of the March 1981 report prepared for and submitted by
Tennant Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Gotiqrilmembgr Threinen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereo ayor Davenport, Counc1lr��embers Hoyt,
Nils. Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
