Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota, was a on the

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-334
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS AND TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants
License has been received from Joe James Sanders, 4515 Hibiscus Avenue,
Edina, MN, for the sale of fish, seafood and steaks from a refrigerated
truck at the Deep Rock Service Station at 11021 Highway 55, in accordance
with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application of Joe James Sanders for
Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants License is approved for
a period from May 18, 1981 through December 31, 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
coyncilmember Tbreingn , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
Toillowing voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers
Schneider & Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passim anddopted.
