Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held--on-the
18th day of May , 1981 . The following members were
present: Actin a or Neils, Counci Tmembers Schneider & Threinen
The following members were a sent: Mayor Davenport. Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
movea its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-323
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - MEDICINE RIDGE ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted April 7, 1980,
a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Medicine Ridge Addition by the installation of ornamental residen-
tial street lights and these reports were received by the Council on May 18, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location
of the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions
adopted April 7, 1980. The petitioners have waived their right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for those improvements.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power
Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
