Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meetino of
10 the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heTd on the
18th day of Moy, 19 L. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Neils, Council member_s Sc_r ider & Threinen
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport. Councilmember Hnvt
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 321
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - HERITAGE ESTATES 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted September 29, 1980,
a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Heritage Estates 3rd Addition by the installation of ornamental residen-
tial street lights and these reports were received by the Council on May 18, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location
of the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions
adopted Sept. 29, 1989. The petitioners have waived their right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for those improvements.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power
Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass
