Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the pity Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on the
h day of M , 1981 . The following members were
present: Acting ayor ei s, Council -members Schneider & Threinen
The following members were absent:—Mayor Davenport. Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 318
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - FOUNTAIN LANE AND 271711 AVENUE
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 1, 1979,
a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Fountain Lane and 27th Avenue by the installation of ornamental residen-
tial street lights and these reports were received by the Council on Play 18, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all
owners of real propert-, abutting upon the streets named as the location
of the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions
adopted October 1, 1979. The petitioners have waived their right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for those improvements.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power
Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor fhreo7: -Councilmembers Schneider & Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
