Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heT3 on the
18th dal of May , 1981 . The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Neils, ounce members-7chneider & Threinen
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport, Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 317
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - CHELSEA MEWS AND CHELSEA WOODS ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted March 17, 1980
a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Chelsea Mews and Chelsea Woods Addn, by the installation of ornamental residen-
tial street lights and these reports were received by the Council on May 18, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all
owners of real property abuttino upon the streets named as the location
of the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions
adopted March 17, 1980. The petitioners have waived their right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for those improvements.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power
Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
