Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reaula r� meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
18th day of May , 1981 . The following members were
present: Acting Mayor ells, Councilmembers Hot Schneider & Threinen

�aVncillqpmbgr Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 31-309
APPROVING ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
CITY CENTER BUILDING
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended the installation of an energy manage-
ment system at the City Center building; and
WHEREAS, a proposal has been received from Advanced Energy Systems for the
installation of such a system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into agreement with
Advanced Energy Systems, Inc. for the installation of an energy system at the
City Center building. The cost of the contract shall not exceed $8577 and funds
are authorized from the Building Improvement Reserve Fund contained within the
City Center budget.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly{seconded by
CQWncilmemoer Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmeb Hoyt,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
