The following memners were a sen : Magor Davpnppr, Cnuncilmembpr Hoyt_• **t r 5rhneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its option: RESOLUTION NO. 81- 303 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR JUDITH B. GILSTER FOR THE PEPPER- MINT FENCE NURSERY SCHOOL AT ST. PHILIP THE DEACON LUTHERAN CHURCH (A-413) WHEREAS, Judith B. Gilster has requested renewal of a conditional use permit to allow the Peppermint Fence Nursery School at St. Philip the Deacon Lutheran Church located at 17205 County Road 6; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY- MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Judith B. Gilster for the renewal of a conditional use permit for the Peppermint Fence Nursery School located at St. Philip the Deacon Lutheran Church at 17205 County Road 6 subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit shall be effective through May 31, 1981 and is not transferable. 2. The loading and unloading area for nursery school students shall be continued on the west side of the building. 3. Playground equipment shall be stored and the playground area cleaned up. 4. The playground area shall be secured during hours when the premises are not utilized in such a manner consistent iwth applicable codes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in avor thereof, _Acting Mayor Neils Councilmembers Schneider & Thrainpli The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
