Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular eeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on them
18th day of May , 1981 The following memhers were
present: acting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Schneider & Threinen

Acting Mayor Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-297
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "WILLOW GROVE 2ND ADDITION"
FOR WALLACE FREEMAN (80048)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract
for "Willow Grove 2nd Addition" as requested by Wallace Freeman;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY-
MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to
recording of said plat:
1. compliance with the Ci*--- Engineer's Memorandum for this project.
2. No building permits shall be issued until the final plat has been filed
with Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen and upon vote being token thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: cting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers
Schneider & Threinen
The following voted against or abstaicied: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed an2 adopted.
