Acting Mayor Neils introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 81-296
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "WILLOW GROVE SECOND ADDITION"
FOR WALLACE FREEMAN (80048)
WHEREAS, Wallace Freeman has requested approval of the final plat for "Willow
Grove Second Addition", a plat for one multiple residential lot, two
commercial lots and one outlot located in the northwest and northeast
quadrants of the intersection of Betty Crocker Drive and Nathan Lane and
a Development Contract therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval; and,
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of
Wallace Freeman for final plat approval of "Willow Grove Second Addition",
a plat for one multiple residential lot, two commercial lots, and one outlot
located in the northwest and northeast quadrants of the intersection of
Betty Crocker Drive and Nathan Lane;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be amended by changing
the date of completion to December 31, 1983 and approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract
on behalf of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, th
