Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
18th day of May

Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-295
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "MALMSTEDT ADDITION"
FOR JOHN MALMSTED (81016)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat for "Malmstedt
Addition" as requested by John Malmstedt;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following
prior to recording of said plat:
Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No building permits to be issued until the final plat is filed
with Hennepin County.
3. Item 22-C shall be deleted from the Engineer's memorandum.
4. Payment of Park Dedication fees for one lot in accordance
with Park Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filing
final plat.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
o lowing voted in favor thereof: Actinq Mayor Neils. CouncilmemhPrs_ _
The following voted against or abstained:- None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
