Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
18th day of Mav , 19 81 _. The following members
were present: Acting Mayor Neils, Councilm tubers Schneider & Threinen
The followingme niers were absent:Mayor Davenport. Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-294
APPROVING PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLATS FOR "MALMSTEDT ADDITION"
FOR JOHN MALMSTEDT (81016)
WHEREAS, John Malmstedt has requested approval of the preliminary and
final plats for "Malmstedt Addition," a plat for two residential lots
located at the southwest corner of Niagara Lane and County Road 15; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
public hearing and recommends its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of
John Malmstedt for preliminary and final plats for "Malmstedt Addition,"
a plat for two residential lots.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof. Acting Mayor Neils Cound imemhers
Schneider & Threinen .
