HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-293CITY Of PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the ath day of May 19._ 8811. The following members were present: Actin Mayor Neils Councilmembers S�eider and Threinen The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport, Councilmember Hoyt Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-293 APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS AND TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants License has been received from Carol J. Hoover, Anoka, Minnesota, for the operation of a mobile food service at Medicine Lake Beach, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application of Carol J. Hoover for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants License is approved for a period ending December 31, 1981. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the 0 lowing voted in favor thereof:—Acting Mayor Neils.
