Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he on the
4th day of May , 1981 . The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Schneider & Threinen
The following members were absent: .mayor Davenports Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-290
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 702, 905, 909, 924 AND 808
FERNBROOK LANE - 23RD, 26TH, 13TH AVENUES
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 10, dated April 13, 1981 for C.S. McCrossan , Inc.,
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene. Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and payment is
recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 10 in the amount of $68,377.80 to C.S. McCrossan, Inc. for Project 702,
905, 909, 924 and 808.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in avor ereo : Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers
Schneider & Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed -and adopted.
