Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he7d on the
4th day of May , 1981 . The following members were
present: Mayor
The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
Mayor Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 289
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS
MISCELLANEOUS CONTRACT - SCHEDULE F
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has peen prepared providing the following:
1. Widen player bench slabs.
2. Extend backstop maintenance strip.
3. Tennis court - gate slabs.
4. Maintenance strip - add rebar in backstops.
5. Remove concrete maintenance strip and post footings (Oakwood).
E. F & I base anchors on all softball fields - 27 required.
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 3 for Project 017 Miscellaneous Contract is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Channe Order No. 3 for Project 017, Miscellaneous Contract, by
adding $2,694.87 is approved and that the existing contract price of $228,553.00
is revised to 5231,247.87.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
