Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City c'Plymouth, Minnesota wa heldon the

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-288
REMOVAL OF STOP SIGNS
LARCH LANE AT 45TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, in order to promote the orderly movement of traffic and provide for the
safety of the public it is recommended that the existing stop signs on Larch Lane
at 45th Avenue be removed; and
WHEREAS, it is also recommended that the existing stop signs on 45th Avenue at
Larch Lane be retained;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the intersection of Larch Lane and 45th Avenue be designated as a
two-way stop intersection with traffic on 45th Avenue required to stop at larch
Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
