Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regularmeeting_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heel- on the

RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 117
PILGRIM LANE FROM 26TH AVENUE TO NATHAN LANE
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted February 2, 1981, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvement of Pilgrim Lane from 26th Avenue to Nathan lane; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of bituminous street with
concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on May 4, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in
accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398,
as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of
$113,590.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
1st day of June, 1981 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City
Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk
.shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improve-
ments as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
