Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
4th day of May , 1981 . The following members were
present: MAyor Davenport. Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Threinen

o n ilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its anion:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-284
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT AND REGARDING REZONING FOR MAGNEY CONSTRUCTION CO.
FOR "MAGNEY ADDITION" (81012)
WHEREAS, Magney Construction Co. has requested approval of a preliminary plat
for two industrial parcels and rezoning at the southwest corner of 27th Avenue
North and Fernbrook Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the request at a duly called public
hearing and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the preliminary plat for "Maguey
Addition" for Magney Construction Co. for two industrial parcels at the southwest
corner of 27th Avenue North and Fernbrook Lane subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Rezoning to be finalized with filing of final plat.
3. Provision for trail and satisfaction of park dedication requirements shall
be made at the time of development.
4. Access to Fernbrook Lane shall be a single access by way of the hxisting
public street right-of-way.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CoWncilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
