Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota, was held on the

RESOLUTION NO. 81- 280
APPROVING REQUEST FOR 0 -F -SALE NON-iN j. GATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
1981-82
WHEREAS, an application for Off -Sale Non-Toxicating Malt Liquor License has
been received for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council,
in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing to consider
whether said license should be issued;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMUTH, MINNESOTA, that an Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License
be approved for the period to expire June 30, 1982 for:
William Clifford Rademacher
