Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetinn_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was Fe—rd on the
27th day of April , 19 81. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Coungilmembers Ho_vt,_Keils, Schneider and Threinen•
The following members were Absent: _ None
Councilmgmt�r Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adopi'on:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-274
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
1981 STREET SURFACING IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the 1981
Street Surfacing Program; and
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

AND, WHEREAS, it appears that N.D.H., Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into the attached contract with N.D.H., Inc. in the name of the
City of Plymouth, for the construction of the 1981 Street Surfacing
Program in the amount of $479,073.25.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith
to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the
deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall
be retained until a contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly p2ofisled and adopted.
