The following members were present: ftyor Qgvenport, Councilmembers_Hovt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen The following mem ers were absent: none Councilmeip�Cr Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81- 273 APPROVING REVISIONS TO POLICY RESOLUTION NO. 80-347 ESTABLISHING MINIMUM LAND- SCAPE STANDARDS AND CRITERIA WHEREAS, City Council Resolution No. 80-347 is the City Policy establishing minimum landscape standards and criteria for urban development in the City of Plymouth; and, WHEREAS, the City and members of the Plymouth Developers Council have reviewed and discussed amendments to said policy regarding elements of landscape design and minimum number of trees; and, WHEREAS, City Staff has proposed certain changes clarifying the number and type of copies of plans; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the proposed changes at their March 25th and April 15th, 1981 meetings and has recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY- MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve and adopt revisions to Policy Resolution No. 80-347 as contained in the April 17, 1981 staff memorandum.
