Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a opt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-272
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS AND TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors and Transient Merchants
License has been received from Verdi G. Blonigen, 2701 Black Oaks Lane,
Plymouth, MN, for the sale of Shaklee home care products in Plymouth
in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application of Verdi G. Blonigen for Peddlers,
Solicitors and Transient Merchant License is approved for a period from
April 20, 1981 through December 31, 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereo :Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained:�D4ng
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and a opted.
