CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
20th day of April 19 81 . The following members
' were present:Ma or Davenport, Councilmembers Hot Neils Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-271
A RESOLUTION ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING ON MAY 4, 1981 FOR
CONSIDERATION OF ISSUANCE OF AN OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING
3.2 BEER LICENSE FOR BILL'S PURITY
WHEREAS, William Rademacher dba Bill's Purity has requested an off -sale
non -intoxicating 3.2 beer license from the City; and
WHEREAS, Public Safety Department reports document that incidences may
have occurred at this location which are not in conformance with city
ordinance regulating such licenses;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Plymouth, that it should and hereby does order a public hearing for
7:30 p.m., Monday, May 4, 1981 for the purpose of considering whether
or not to issue an off -sale 3.2 non -intoxicating beer license to
William Rademacher dba Bill's Purity for the year 1981-82.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cnuncilmembgr Jbrejnpn, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
