HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-27177 CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of April 19 81 . The following members ' were present:Ma or Davenport, Councilmembers Hot Neils Schneider and Threinen The following members were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-271 A RESOLUTION ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING ON MAY 4, 1981 FOR CONSIDERATION OF ISSUANCE OF AN OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING 3.2 BEER LICENSE FOR BILL'S PURITY WHEREAS, William Rademacher dba Bill's Purity has requested an off -sale non -intoxicating 3.2 beer license from the City; and WHEREAS, Public Safety Department reports document that incidences may have occurred at this location which are not in conformance with city ordinance regulating such licenses; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, that it should and hereby does order a public hearing for 7:30 p.m., Monday, May 4, 1981 for the purpose of considering whether or not to issue an off -sale 3.2 non -intoxicating beer license to William Rademacher dba Bill's Purity for the year 1981-82. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Cnuncilmembgr Jbrejnpn, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:Mayor navenpnrt, rnunrilmPmhPrc Hnvt_ Neils, Schneider & The following voted against or abstained: n •Threinen Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
