Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on the
20th day of A ril '1981 . The following members were
present: M or Davin or , ounce mem ers Ho t, Neils, Schneider and Threinen .
The following members were absent: None
Counciimember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
movedits adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-269
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS
PHASE I
STREETS AND PARKING - SCHEDULE C
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing the following:
1. Additional bituminous path at Oakwood, LaCompte, Fernbrook and
Plymouth Playfields.
2. Removal and replacement of curb and gutter at Plymouth Playfield.
' 3. Add concrete dam at hockey rinks, Plymouth Playfield.
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Phase I, Streets and
Parking, Schedule C, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Phase I, Streets and Parking,
Schedule C, by adding $6,971.44 is approved and that the original contract price
of $140,533.57 is revised to $147,505.01.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
