The following members were presen The following members were absent: nnno fes* �r�tit •,, • Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 31- 267 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND TIMBER CREEK (A-739) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract, dated October 13, 1977, Saratoga Development and Jopp Construction, developers of Timber Creek, have agreed to install certain -pr-,,er^en}s for said development, and WHEREAS, the developers have completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below, and WHEREAS, the developers have requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 1:7-OLvED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ;HE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bond requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping & Storm Sewer Cleaning Erosion Control Site Gradina Total ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT $ 2.000 $ -0- 150 -0- 1,000 1,000 1,000 -0- 9,100 -0- $13,550 $1,000 That the Letter of Credit, which was previously reduced to $2,000 be further reduced to $1,000 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted n aev�or thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt.
