Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
20th day of April , 19 8L. The following members were
present:

Cou0cilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-266
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
MISSION HILLS PARK 7TH ADDITION (A-338)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated September 11, 1980,
Mission Hills Park 7th Partnership, developer of Mission Hills Park 7th Addition, has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading
as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect
the completed work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit which was previously reduced to $52,400 be further reduced
to $43,690 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted
as of April 20, 1981 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by
the developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
