HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-265CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reguld meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of April . 1981 . The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hot Neils Schneider and Threinen. The following members were absent: None Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81- 265 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND HADLEY PLACE (A-522) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract, dated June 2, 1979, Hadley Associates, Inc., developer of Hadley Place Addition (A-522), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bondino requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEIN AMOUNT Street Construction $ 35,000 $ 500 Sanitary Sewer 24,000 -0- Watermain 19,500 -0- Storm Sewer 24,000 -0- Boulevard Sod 4,200 4,200 Ponds 500 -0- StrPet Signs 300 300 Street Sweeping & Storm Sewer Cleaning 11500 1,500 Erosion Control 1,500 11500 Site Gradina 13,000 1,300 Design, Admn., Insp., As-Builts 14,820 2,000 Project 921 47,348 -0- Totals $185,668 $11,300 That the letter o"credit which was previously reduced to $109,948 be further reduced to $11,300 to reflect the completed work.
